How do I get my download link?
There are TWO ANSWERS. 1. Check your email and get the link from there. 2. To get your download link you must login and goto YOUR ACCOUNT then goto ORDER HISTORY then goto the order number that is at the top of the list. That will be the latest order you made.
2. Can I get a refund?
A Yes Only on double Orders. You can not get a refund on any product that shows a download.
3. How long do I have to download the files?
A. 4 days or 96 hours.
4 How many Times can I download the file
A. 4 times.
5. Can I give a copy to my friends?
A. No, that takes away from KROCKS Radio One From being on the air.
6. Why dont you have an ssl certificate and use https?
A. We dont need that because we have removed the need for personal information in our store.
7. I opened my file and the link has expired, what do i do.
A. So you made a mistake, we all do that... so lets try to find your file on your computer... we know windows has a search function in the start menu, lets go into that... Then we are going to want to search for GZ*.mp3 or GZ*.* and if that dont work, send an email to get your link reset.
8. I just Bought a product and my link is expired, what do I do??
A. Email us ASAP and we will reset the link for you.
